UAE property developer Damac sells US$400 million Islamic bond
DUBAI-BASED real estate developer Damac on Tuesday (Apr 18) sold a three-year US$400 million Islamic bond, or sukuk, amid a strong rebound in the emirate’s real estate sector.
US mortgage rates increased last week by the most in two months to 6.43 per cent, denting already sluggish demand.
